A private conversation should remain private. This notice explains how Soeling Travel handles the information you share through soeling.com.
What we collect
We collect your name, email address, and any travel details you choose to include when you begin a conversation. A submission may also carry campaign labels from the link you followed. A Meta click identifier is included only if you have allowed advertising measurement.
If you allow site analytics, Google Analytics 4 receives the page path, limited interaction events, browser and device information, and approved campaign labels. Query strings and page fragments are removed from the page location we send. We do not send your name, email address, telephone number, or enquiry message to analytics.
How we use it
We use your information to consider and reply to your enquiry, plan a journey if we work together, and keep necessary records. We do not sell your personal information.
Who handles it
Soeling Travel is the business responsible for the personal information described in this notice. We use Formspree to deliver form submissions. Google Analytics 4 remains completely unloaded until you allow site analytics. If allowed, it may set _ga cookies and records a completed enquiry only after Formspree confirms success.
Meta advertising measurement is a separate choice and remains off unless both the service is configured and you allow it. These providers process information under their own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to respond, plan a journey, maintain business records, or meet legal obligations. Analytics cookies and data follow the retention settings in the Soeling Travel Google Analytics property unless you withdraw consent or clear them sooner.
Your choice
You may ask us to provide, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You may also ask not to receive further notes from Soeling Travel.
You can reopen privacy choices at any time. Withdrawing analytics consent stops further collection and removes Soeling’s Google Analytics cookies from that browser where possible.
